Why No Refunds?

• We cannot verify if an account has been used or modified after delivery
• Our prices already reflect the best value with no markup for refund costs

Replacement Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we may provide a replacement in the following cases:

• Account credentials do not work upon first login (report within 24 hours)
• Product significantly differs from the listing description

All replacement requests are subject to review and require proof.
